I requested two guys for two hours, and they showed up with a bonus third guy for free, just like when you order an extra topping on your pizza and they throw in an extra slice! They were so careful, wrapping my fragile items in blankets and securing my furniture with care, just like you would for a cherished heirloom. Efficient too—like a well-oiled machine, they moved a heavy sofa down the stairs while I held my breath, and they did it in no time! Most of all, they were KIND. They even took the time to chat with my kids, making them laugh as they moved boxes. They were so helpful with booking and very responsive; it was like talking to a friend who really wants to help.
